Carly was absolutely wonderful in helping my girlfriend and I find a couch! She was very knowledgeable about all the inventory that was in the store and asked us the important questions in order to help us find what we were looking for. She ordered our couch for us and kept us updated throughout the delivery process. Not to mention the prices are incredible and they offer better deals than any furniture store in town. We highly recommend working with her if you visit this store and we will for sure be back for future business!

What a blessing for our community! I heard about Box Drop from a friend and after a quick phone call, my appointment was set. Carly was very knowledgeable and not pushy with us at all. She listened to our expectations a promptly delivered the best value I’ve ever seen on furniture. We went in looking for a bed and to glance at couches and Carly had us out the door in 15 min with both! If you’re looking for some new furniture, without the price tag, you should give her a chance. We went to look for mattresses. There were several to choose from and in different price ranges. We bought a Queen size and were looking to buy 2 twins for the Grandson’s and they didn’t have what we wanted in stock so they made us a Great deal! Everyone there was personable and nice and even Emmy Lou greeted us and visited 🙂 We got help loading them and even helped us tie them down. I would recommend them to anyone!

Truly love the quality of these beds Carly sells! I’ve gotten two from her and I’ve been so impressed with the beds, pricing, and the communication she provides. My son recently upgraded to a new bed and he was just as happy as can be to get it home. She’s also extremely welcoming to my two children who ran around the whole time.

We really loved working with Carly! She took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us find and order something in to be perfect for us! She was very quick to reply and good at keeping us updated on when our furniture was coming in. We love our new living room set! It was also a much better price than anything else we looked at in town or online. We highly recommend boxdrop. Carly was super patient with my indecisiveness on what kind of furniture we were looking for in our basement and living room upstairs. I went with one thing in mind and changed my mind multiple times. I absolutely LOVE the sofa and loveseat we picked for upstairs and the sectional for the basement is awesome! From ordering to delivery (soda and loveseat were in stock but we had to order the sectional as we wanted it in the box) to my door was 2 1/2 weeks which was so impressive. Delivery was fast, efficient and affordable. I did order pillow covers as the pillows didn’t match my current decor upstairs but they did work for the basement so ordered pillow forms to complete the look. I highly recommend and will definitely reach out to her for any future furniture needs.

Boxdrop is beyond affordable for a great mattress. And as lame as it sounds, you can't put a price on a great night's sleep. Since I have had my new mattress, I have had the best sleep I have had in years. Priceless.
